Who we are

Tolbridge Technologies is a technology consultancy based in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy explains what happens to personal information you provide through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form or book a discovery call, that means your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message or booking fields. If you include a phone number or company name, we hold those too.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any special category data anywhere on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a call, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever offer a mailing list, joining it will be a separate and explicit choice.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries. Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies to a request, we handle it under that framework.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we need them for contractual and accounting purposes.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf in order to run this site and store submissions. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live, and anything that requires consent will ask for it first.

How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We apply the same practices here that we recommend to clients.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for us to hold it at all. Email us and we will action it, normally within 30 days, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after that date reflects the updated policy.
